However, it’s important to note that hidden damages may only be uncovered during the dismantling process.
Insurance Approval
Following the completion of the estimate, it is promptly forwarded to your insurance company for review. Typically, an assessor will examine either the provided images or the vehicle itself. Negotiations regarding repair costs and procedures may occur, especially if the vehicle is deemed repairable. Once we receive authorization to proceed with repairs, we schedule your vehicle into our workshop.
Parts Ordering
Our team promptly orders the necessary parts for your vehicle’s repair, meticulously checking for their availability. Should certain parts be unavailable locally, we may need to source them from interstate or overseas, which could lead to waiting periods. Repair work cannot commence until all required parts are in our possession.

When you arrive to collect your vehicle, we settle any excesses or private accounts before accompanying you to your vehicle. We’ll explain the repairs performed and address any questions you may have, ensuring you drive away in your vehicle restored to its pre-accident condition.
